Reliance Mutual has restructured its
management team in order to cater for its increased growth and
continue on its acquisitive strategy, the firm has announced.
The mutual is bolstering its senior team with Chris Lerpiniere to
become head of operations and Roger Eastwood joining as head of
corporate risk and governance.
Among other appointments, Philip Bowden will become head of
strategy implementation, with responsibility for managing
acquisitions; the mutual intends to continue to acquire closed
books of life and pensions policies.
Just one member of staff is leaving, Andrew Prior, the company
secretary, who is retiring.
Chief executive Mark Goodale said: 'We hope to see more
acquisitions of closed books, and continue to grow out smokers
